"No Bake" Healthy High Protein Nut Bars
These just require assembly and some time in the freezer to set.  You can then cut them up into any size you like.  This recipe is gluten free.  A big hit with the staff workout club, and a bit hit when I made them for my hiking friends as an energy snake along the Bruce Trail.  This is easy to make with kids too!
